Gained 0.8 pounds this week. No measurement changes. This is getting hard. I feel like I have so little left to lose that it's an endless fight for every pound. I also haven't gained any bulk in a long time. I'm wondering if running is actually interfering with that. Not sure I'd consider it a bad thing. Just spewing thoughts.
