Run Club - Thu: 2.91 mi, 10:15 pace, 175 spm. I was keeping up a good clip when my right knee started hurting a bit. I dropped back and cut my pace by 1m/m or so and it started to feel better. Finished the run at an easy glide. I think I'm just fine. isn't bugging me at all. After I warmed up more it didn't hurt again. I think it's just looking forward to its off day tomorrow. (upper body and core day)
