Run: This ones a winner! When I couldn't make run club I went to a local park and had what might have been my best run yet (Ok I did run 38 seconds faster pace once but it was a race, 40 degrees cooler, and not as smooth). 3.02 miles. 9:26 pace, 176 spm and my first successful negative splits...

....and now it's rest time until race day (Hosparus Lunar 5K on Sat night ). A night race with glow swag and running it with Robbie(his whole family is walking it too). Should be a blast.
