Time for the Saturday morning metrics:

Add an inch to the shoulders(YAY) and subtract half an inch from the waist(More YAY). Weight is very low so won't freak if it bounces back a couple pounds next week.

Tonight ids the Hosparus Lunar5K. I'm looking forward to it but it's a bit weird having a race at night. Can't workout this afternoon like usual and just seems different LOL
